The doctors carry out minor surgical procedures by appointment and will be pleased to advise you on this.

Travel Immunisations And Advice

Please make an appointment at least four weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure adequate cover. A charge will be made for certain immunisations and vaccinations which are not covered by the NHS. A list of these charges is held at reception.

Please download and print out this form, and bring the completed travel form to your appointment.

Flu Vaccination (Seasonal)

An influenza vaccination is particularly recommended for patients with heart, lung or kidney disease, diabetes and residents of nursing and rest homes.

Please contact the reception staff in September for details of the vaccination dates and to make an appointment. If you are unable to attend the surgery, a home visit will be arranged to undertake this.

Yellow Fever Vaccinations

The surgery is an authorised Yellow Fever vaccination centre.

Patients Over 75 Years

If you are aged 75 or over, you are entitled to be seen annually by a health care professional. Please contact the surgery if you wish to arrange an appointment.

Non-NHS Examinations

We are able to offer non-NHS services to patients. These include:

  • Private Fitness to work
  • Adoption/pre-employment/HGV medicals
  • Insurance medicals
  • "To whom it may concern" letters

A charge will be made for these services. Please enquire at reception for details.
